  • COVID-19 Vaccinations For Children Ages 5 to 11

The CDC approved a recommendation that Pfizer-BioNTech’s lower-dose COVID vaccine be available for children ages 5 to 11. The FDA also granted emergency use authorization for the lower-dose Pfizer vaccine for children. As a result, ThedaCare will be vaccinating children ages 5 to 11 beginning Tuesday, November 9, 2021.

Vaccination, along with other preventative measures, can protect children against COVID-19.

      -  Log into your MyThedaCare account.
      -  Access your child's account via proxy access and click "Schedule an Appointment" in the menu on the upper-left side.
      -  ThedaCare patients will be able to schedule a vaccine where appointments are available. Please check back if appointments are unavailable or do not work for your schedule.

If you need help locating the information or are having trouble accessing your MyThedaCare account, please call your primary care provider’s office or the MyThedaCare technical help desk at 877-259-6180.

All children who are being vaccinated will need to have a parent/guardian with them at the vaccination appointment for consent. Written consent will not be accepted.
