COVID-19 Vaccination Information
Because vaccine supplies and eligibility are currently limited, we want to keep everyone prepared and up to date on how you can receive the vaccine when it becomes available to you.
MyThedaCare account users will receive a notification when you are eligible to receive the vaccine and schedule your vaccination appointment. You must make an appointment to be vaccinated.
If you’re not a current ThedaCare patient or do not have a MyThedaCare account, you can set up a free account by clicking the "Sign Up Now" button to the right.
